The tour starts at the White House Visitor Center, which offers a window into the president's iconic home and the oldest public building in the District of Columbia. NOTE! The White House Visitor Center is open from Tuesday to Friday from 7.30 am to 4 pm, and is closed on Sunday and Monday. Reserve 15 minutes for security screening.
